During this visit, we’ll talk with you, collect some key information, and make sure you get some time to get to know your awesome doctors. If you want to save time, you can even fill out the new patient forms before your appointment. Complete and print your forms and bring them with you to your appointment!

We offer several payment and financing options to ensure our patients receive the care they need, on their terms, and at price they can afford. In addition to Delta Dental, Regence Blue Shield, Premera, Cigna, MetLife, and Aetna insurance, we also offer our own affordable membership and accept financing from CareCredit.

The Riverock Dental Membership Plan
River Rock Dental Membership is an annual membership plan that allows you to receive the modern dentistry and the personal care you need at an affordable price.
Your membership completely covers 2 cleanings, 2 exams, 1 oral cancer screening, all x-rays, and 1 emergency visit, and 2 flouride treatmets per year. You'll also receive 20% off of fillings, crowns, extractions, and other general services. A $643 value with a $50 initial enrollment cost!

$19 per child. (up to 15yrs, first child is $24.50 if no adult member enrolled)

Periodontal Maintenance Membership
After your initial evaluation, it may be necessary to receive Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings more than the standard 2 times per year. Most insurance only covers Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings 2 times per year which is not sufficient for some patients. Our Periodontal Membership allows you to receive the care you need at reduced prices. Periodontal infection therapy (deep cleaning) may be necessary before entering into the maintenance plan. These services are offered at a 20% discount to members and the need will be determined at the initial examination by the Doctor.
3 hygiene visits per year - $36 per month
4 hygiene visits per year - $46 per month
Includes all benefits of our traditional membership PLUS hygiene visits necessary to maintain a lifetime of healthy smiles.Membership level necessary to maintain health is determined by the initial examination and subsequent yearly examinations.
